Greenview Council is proud to support the Valleyview Agricultural Society, a local non-profit organization that has been active in the community for 56 years.
The current facility is experiencing significant issues and is approaching the end of its projected lifespan.
Greenview Council directed Administration to enter into an agreement in the amount of $500,000.00 towards matching funds for a Community Facility Enhancement Program Grant.
Council also authorized Administration to enter into an agreement with the Valleyview and District Agricultural Society in the amount of $4,000,000.00 to assist in constructing a new Agricultural Society Facility.
