Peace Regional RCMP lay charges in several stolen property files

Peace River, Alta. – On April 11, 2024, Peace Regional RCMP responded to a report of potential location of stolen property in the area of North Harmon Valley, in Nampa, Alta.

Peace Regional RCMP members attended and located 6 vehicles and tractors, stolen in areas around the Peace Region and Rycroft.  A search warrant was granted on the property and all stolen property was recovered.

Carlamae Evelyn Underwood (46), a residence of Northern Sunrise County, was charged with property obtained by crime over $5000 x 6.

Underwood was brought before a Justice of the Peace where she was released on a promise to pay, with conditions and a court date of May 6, 2024 at the Alberta Court of Justice in Peace River.
