The finish line of renovations is getting closer…

The Peace River Regional Women’s Shelter endured a partial shut-down of operations, due to the discovery of Black Mold in the facility in November.

Because of that, re-locations and renovations had to take place for all aspects while the repair work took place.

Carol Van Slyke is the Chair of the Board for the Shelter.

She says excitement is building, and anticipates the facility to be re-opened as early as next week.
